FORTH Nominated for four Hometown Heroes Awards
The latest collaborative album by Joe Kenney continues to make a flourish. The 10-track multi-genre effort -- highlighted by features of six Philadelphia-area vocalists -- has been voted by the fans as a finalist in four categories in the 2020 Homey Awards. Hometown Heroes is a staple in the Delaware Valley Music Community spearheaded by Mark Rogers and Delaware Public Media.

In Mid-May, Joe Kenney Band released MJ Medley, a bonus recording from the Forth album sessions. The piano-led jazz fusion arrangement is a staple at JKB shows and is part of a busy season of releases for Kenney, which has included the aforementioned collab album and the new collection of solo piano reflections.
